More Than an Internship
Grow as a Therapist. Become Part of a Learning Community.
Multicultural training and employment opportunities for graduate interns and eligible associates within Multicultural & Spanish Therapist Group in Texas.
Some therapists are looking for more than supervised clinical hours.
They are looking for a place to grow—a place where they can ask questions without fear of judgment, receive meaningful feedback, work alongside experienced clinicians, and gradually develop the confidence that comes from thoughtful practice.
At Multicultural & Spanish Therapist Group, this experience is more than a clinical placement or a job. Designed for graduate interns and eligible associate therapists who can provide clinical services within MC&ST in Texas, it combines client work with participation in a collaborative learning community committed to clinical excellence, cultural responsiveness, and lifelong professional growth.
Eligible applicants may include:
Graduate students completing practicum or internship requirements in marriage and family therapy or professional counseling.
Prelicensed associate therapists seeking a clinical setting that integrates client work, supervision, consultation, and professional development.
Eligibility depends on your academic program, professional pathway, supervision requirements, and our current capacity.
