I understand how heavy life can feel when you’re carrying it all on your own, especially when your emotions don’t always make sense or feel like too much to manage. My role is to offer a space where you can breathe, feel heard, and begin to sort through what’s going on with compassion and support.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, family dynamics, identity conflicts, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
Many of my clients come in saying:
- “I don’t know where to start.”
- “I feel like I’m always on edge.”
- “I just want to feel like myself again.”
Wherever you’re at, we’ll start there together.
I believe the best healing happens in relationships where you can speak your truth without fear of being dismissed, misunderstood, or minimized. In our work, I strive to build authentic, trusting connections rooted in respect, openness, and cultural humility. Whether you’re exploring generational patterns, emotional wounds, or personal growth, my goal is to help you feel safe enough to reconnect with yourself and what matters most to you.
As an Afro-Latina and first-generation, I understand the pressure to be strong, hold it all together, and take care of everyone else. In therapy, you don’t have to do that. This is your space to take care of you.
You don’t have to do this alone.
Healing begins when you feel seen, safe, and supported—and that’s what I offer. If you’re ready to begin your journey or even just curious about taking the first step, I’m here to walk alongside you.
Let’s connect.
Book your first session—virtual or in-person—and let’s start where you are.
