Therapy Your Way: Online Across Texas or In-Person in Houston & Austin
We are committed to making high-quality mental health care accessible, whether you prefer in-person sessions or the convenience of online therapy across Texas.
Affordable Therapy Through Sliding Scale
We proudly offer a sliding fee scale to reduce financial barriers and make therapy more accessible, especially for individuals or families with limited income. This flexible pricing model reflects our belief that mental health support should be within reach for everyone.
Standard Rates
Individual sessions: up to $200, depending on the therapist’s experience, specialization, and licensure.
Sliding scale: available upon request and based on household income and financial need.
Insurance: We accept insurance for in-person in Austin & online sessions. Please check individual profiles for specific details.
Couples Therapy & Extended Sessions
For couples or relationship-focused work, we often recommend extended sessions to allow for deeper exploration.
Please note: not all therapists offer couples therapy, so we encourage you to reach out to discuss your needs and we’ll help you find the best fit.
Our team is here to help match you with the therapist best suited to your goals, preferences, and financial situation — whether in Houston, Austin (coming soon), or online anywhere in Texas.

Good Faith Estimate
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, healthcare providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of psychotherapy services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
