I conduct online therapy sessions in English, Spanish, and Bulgarian, providing accessible and flexible support for clients from diverse backgrounds.I have specialized training in trauma and couples therapy, with primary experience working with young adults, adolescents, and couples. As an immigrant from Eastern Europe, I bring a unique perspective to the therapy room, coupled with a deep understanding of familial and generational traumas specific to the Eastern European region.

I have worked with a variety of clients from this world zone and possess a profound understanding of their unique needs. My cultural background, combined with my extensive experience in the mental health field, allows me to connect with clients on a deeper level. I understand the complexities of navigating different cultural identities and the importance of family ties in our lives. I completed graduate school in 2018 with a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus in Marriage and Family Therapy.
